These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the Spoke Podcast Network website (the “Site”), operated by Spoke Podcast Network Inc.. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site is a podcast discovery website. It provides descriptions of podcasts and links to their official websites or YouTube channels. Spoke does not produce, host, own, distribute or officially represent the podcasts listed, unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

3. Information only, not advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of finance, health, business and other podcasts, is for general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. The podcasts themselves are the responsibility of their creators. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on anything you read on the Site or hear in a podcast.

4. Accuracy of listings

We check listings against official sources when they are added, but podcasts change: shows end, move websites or change hosts. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free. Please tell us about errors at [email protected].

5. Third-party websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, products, services or privacy practices of those websites. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, design and logo belong to Spoke Podcast Network Inc.. Podcast names, artwork and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify each podcast. Editorial photographs are used under the Unsplash licence and are credited on the pages where they appear. You may share links to the Site and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not copy the Site in whole or in substantial part without permission.

7. Sponsored placements

Spoke may sell clearly labelled placements to podcasters, as described in our Selection and sponsorship policy. A sponsored placement is not an endorsement. Commercial terms for any placement are agreed separately and in writing with the podcaster; these Terms do not create any obligation to offer or accept a placement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Spoke makes no warranties about the Site and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on its content, or from your use of any third-party website or podcast. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
